Surface Transformation
======================



The GIFTI geometry of brain surface has medial wall, which is often omitted in the analysis. However, when it comes to visualization, the medial wall should be added. ``neurocat`` offers two function to remove and reverse the mediall wall, that is

* ``transfer.remove_mw()`` to remove the medial wall
* ``transfer.reverse_mw()`` to restore the medial wall
